To search for new business opportunities, promote products and services of Russian nuclear enterprises on the global market as well as assist in fostering effective business alliances. Marketing and PR support of Rosatom enterprises as well as other international business functions also form part of its objectives.

Regional offices have been set up in Paris (France, the area of responsibility: Western Europe), Prague (the Czech Republic, the area of responsibility: Central Europe), Kiev (Ukraine, the area of responsibility: Eastern Europe, Armenia, Israel), Singapore (Singapore, the area of responsibility Southeast Asia), Johannesburg (the Republic of South Africa, the area of responsibility: Central and South Africa), Astana (Kazakhstan, the area of responsibility: Central Asia), Rio de Janeiro (Brazil, the area of responsibility: Latin America), Beijing (China, the area of responsibility: East Asia), Dubai (the UAE, the area of responsibility: the Middle East and North Africa), Mumbai (India, the area of responsibility: South Asia), Washington (the USA, the area of responsibility: North America), and also there is a country office in Budapest (Hungary).
