Representatives of the State Duma of the Russian Federation (lower house of the Russian parliament), the Public Council of Rosatom, scientific, educational and non-profit organizations, members of the expert community as well as Rosatom employees participated in the event.
The discussion focused on changes in Rosatom’s public reporting system. Since 2019, six company’s divisions have been issuing their reports as addendums to Rosatom’s public annual report (previously they issued independent annual reports). These changes were introduced as part of the ongoing transition of the Russian nuclear industry organizations to a united brand, as well the task to increase the consistency of reporting information.
In 2020, a public reporting website was created and launched, which became a unified analytical database on the performance of Rosatom and its organizations. The website contains up-to-date reporting materials; archive materials (the industry-specific public reporting system has been in operation for more than 10 years); it can also demonstrate the significant events of the reporting year and the dynamics of key indicators as well as information on Rosatom’s public reporting system, including regulatory documents. In the future, the range of website’s functions will be expanded.
At year-end 2019, Rosatom’s IFRS revenue stood at USD 17.8 billion (1,151.9 billion rubles). The foreign orders portfolio for the 10-year period totalled USD 140.1 billion. The order book for new products for the next 10 years (outside the Rosatom’s scope) amounted to USD 18.06 billion (1,169.1 billion rubles), while revenues for new products (also outside the scope) reached USD 3.52 billion (227.9 billion rubles). Power generation at Russian nuclear power plants amounted to 208.8 billion kWh.
