The MOU aims to foster collaboration in utilizing nuclear medicine technologies to enhance patient care and medical capabilities at Ayady 4040 Hospital.

 

Alexandria, Egypt – Medscan Group, Rosatom’s subsidiary group of companies and one of the leaders in the non-state healthcare sector in Russia, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Ayady 4040 Foundation/Association, a non-governmental organization providing free medical services for cancer treatment in Alexandria.

 

The memorandum was signed in light of Rosatom’s participation in the Africa Health Excon Exhibition, the biggest healthcare exhibition taking place in Cairo, Egypt. The memorandum confirms the parties' intentions to further implement joint projects aimed at utilizing non-energy nuclear technologies and developing nuclear medicine in Egypt. The collaboration will contribute to the development of infrastructure and the advancement of medical services in the country.
